What is Fineshine Foods LLC?

Fineshine Foods LLC is a US-based import and export trading company registered in New Jersey. We source premium food products from Asia and global partners — including Himalayan Pink Salt, Basmati Rice, Spices, Dry Fruits, and Dehydrated Vegetables — and supply them to US wholesalers, distributors, and grocery chains.

Who do you sell to?

We supply to US-based wholesalers, food distributors, grocery chains, food manufacturers, private label brands, and specialty food importers. We do not sell directly to individual consumers.

How do I get started?

Simply submit an enquiry through our Contact page with your product requirements, estimated quantity, and delivery location. We will respond within 48 hours with a competitive quote.

Products

What products do you supply?

We currently supply five product categories: Himalayan Pink Salt (fine, coarse, extra coarse grades), Basmati Rice (extra long grain, traditional, brown, parboiled), Spices and Seasonings (turmeric, cumin, coriander, chili, cardamom, blends), Dry Fruits and Nuts (almonds, raisins, pistachios, walnuts, dried apricots), and Dehydrated Vegetables (onion flakes, garlic powder, ginger, tomato).

Are your products Halal certified?

Yes. All our products are available with valid Halal certification issued by internationally recognized certification bodies. Halal certificates are provided with every shipment upon request.

Are organic products available?

Yes. Organic certified options are available across our product range. Please specify your organic certification requirement when submitting your enquiry and we will confirm availability and pricing.

Do your products meet US FDA requirements?

Yes. All products supplied by Fineshine Foods LLC comply with US FDA food import regulations. We provide full documentation including Certificate of Analysis, food safety certificates, and all required import paperwork with every shipment.

Can you provide samples?

Samples may be arranged for serious buyers intending to place container orders. Please contact us at info@fineshine.com to discuss sample arrangements. Note that our minimum commercial order is 1 x 20-foot container per product.

Minimum Order & Pricing

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1 x 20-foot Full Container Load (FCL) per product. This is approximately 20,000–25,000 kg depending on the product and packaging.

Can I order mixed products in one container?

Mixed container orders may be available in some cases. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements and we will advise on feasibility.

How do I get a price quote?

Submit your requirements through our Contact page or email us directly at info@fineshine.com. Include the product name, quantity, packaging preference, and delivery destination. We will send a competitive quote within 48 hours.

Payment

What are your payment terms?

Our standard payment terms are: 35% advance due within 5 business days of signing the supply agreement, and 65% balance due when goods are confirmed ready to ship, supported by pre-shipment photos and packing list.

How do I make payment?

All payments are made by international bank wire transfer (SWIFT/TT) in US Dollars to the bank account details provided on your commercial invoice. We do not accept cash, personal checks, or cryptocurrency.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping terms do you offer?

We support all major Incoterms 2020 including DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight), and EXW (Ex Works).

What does DDP mean for me as a buyer?

Under DDP terms, Fineshine Foods LLC handles everything — export customs in the origin country, international sea freight, cargo insurance, US import customs clearance, import duties, and final delivery to your warehouse. You pay one price and we do everything. This is our most popular option for US buyers.

How long does delivery take?

Standard lead time is 25–35 calendar days from confirmed advance payment. This covers production, export customs, sea freight, US import clearance, and last-mile delivery.

Do you ship to all US states?

Yes. We deliver to all US states under DDP terms. Please specify your delivery address when placing your order.

What documents do I receive with my shipment?

Every shipment includes: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Analysis (COA), Halal Certificate, and Food Safety Certificate (HACCP/ISO).

Quality & Claims

What if my goods arrive damaged?

You must inspect all goods within 5 business days of delivery. If you find damage, shortage, or non-conformity, contact us immediately at info@fineshine.com with photographic evidence and a written description. We will review and resolve valid claims promptly.

What is your quality guarantee?

We guarantee all products will conform to agreed specifications confirmed at the time of order. Every shipment is supported by a Certificate of Analysis from an independent laboratory confirming product quality and safety.
