We source premium food products from Asia and global partners — including Himalayan Pink Salt, Basmati Rice, Spices, Dry Fruits, and Dehydrated Vegetables — and supply them to US wholesalers, distributors, and grocery chains.
We are registered as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) in the State of New Jersey, United States of America.
We supply to US-based wholesalers, food distributors, grocery chains, food manufacturers, private label brands, and specialty food importers. We do not sell directly to individual consumers.

We supply Himalayan Pink Salt (fine, coarse, extra coarse), Basmati Rice (extra long grain, traditional, brown, parboiled), Spices and Seasonings (turmeric, cumin, coriander, chili, cardamom), Dry Fruits and Nuts (almonds, raisins, pistachios, walnuts), and Dehydrated Vegetables (onion flakes, garlic powder, ginger, tomato).
Our products are sourced from Asia and trusted global partners. We work exclusively with vetted, certified manufacturers who meet international food safety standards.
Yes. All our products are available with valid Halal certification issued by internationally recognized certification bodies. Halal certificates are provided with every shipment upon request.
Yes. Organic certified options are available across our product range. Please specify your organic certification requirement when submitting your enquiry.
Yes. All products comply with US FDA food import regulations. We provide Certificate of Analysis, food safety certificates, and all required import paperwork with every shipment.

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1 x 20-foot Full Container Load (FCL) per product. This is approximately 20,000 to 25,000 kg depending on the product and packaging.
Mixed container orders may be available in some cases. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Quoted prices are valid for seven (7) days from the date of issue. Once an order is confirmed and advance payment received, the agreed price is locked in for that order.
Our standard payment terms are: 30% advance due within 5 business days of signing the supply agreement, and 70% balance due against the Bill of Lading (B/L) once goods are shipped.
All payments are made by international bank wire transfer (SWIFT / TT) in US Dollars. We do not accept cash, personal checks, or cryptocurrency.
Advance payments are non-refundable once production has commenced. If Fineshine Foods cancels an order, the full advance payment will be refunded within 14 business days.
We support all major Incoterms 2020 including DDP (Delivered Duty Paid — we handle everything door to door), FOB (Free On Board — we deliver to origin port), CIF (Cost Insurance Freight — we cover freight and insurance to destination port), and EXW (Ex Works — goods available at supplier facility).
Under DDP terms, Fineshine Foods handles everything — export customs, international sea freight, cargo insurance, US import customs clearance, import duties, and final delivery to your warehouse. You pay one price and we do everything.
Standard lead time is 25 to 35 calendar days from confirmed advance payment. This covers production, export customs, sea freight, US import clearance, and last-mile delivery.
Yes. We deliver to all US states under DDP terms. Please specify your delivery address when placing your order.
Every shipment includes: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Analysis (COA), Halal Certificate, and Food Safety Certificate (HACCP / ISO).
You must inspect all goods within 5 business days of delivery. If you find damage, shortage, or non-conformity, contact us immediately at info@fineshine.com with photographic evidence. We will review and resolve valid claims promptly.
We guarantee all products will conform to agreed specifications confirmed at the time of order. Every shipment is supported by a Certificate of Analysis from an independent laboratory.
All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States of America.
We first seek to resolve all disputes through good faith negotiation within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes are submitted to binding arbitration in New Jersey under the American Arbitration Association rules.
